I absolutely LOVE bubble tea especially if it's done right. One of the things I like about this place is they'll ask you how sweet you want it (30%, 50%, 70% or 100%). Haven't been asked that question from a bubble tea store since residing in San Francisco. Anyways, I ordered their taro smoothie with bobba and it was really good! I told them to make it only 30% sweetness and when I had my first sip it wasn't too sweet nor was it bland. It was perfect! They have great customer service (which is rare here in Maryland), and this place is clean. I definitely will come back to this place and I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes bubble tea. I look forward to trying their waffles too!

It’s a nice spot to hang out, unwind, and enjoy a great time with friends. The place gives off a relaxed and inviting vibe. The interior is cute — modern, bright, and super clean. They got self-ordering stands which make the process fast and convenient. You can customize your drink easily and avoid talking to employees. Beyond the drinks, the shop creates a welcoming environment. They have a shelf full of board games like Uno and other classics, which adds a fun and social twist to the experience. The customer service is friendly and helpful — staff are attentive without hovering and happy to answer any questions about the menu.

I ordered the same drink I ordered the last time at a branch in Columbia Mall. It is just in a large size. Same less ice and 25% sugar. This time the staff called me to let me know with less ice the amount in the cup will be lesser. That's an A for the staff for letting me know so I won't be surprised once I get my order. I now had an option to say to just add the regular amount of ice. The coffee had a richer and stronger taste, too unlike the one I bought from the other Gong Cha branch. A for this location, it's worth what I paid for.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was a bit busy but it was such a calm and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted and while waiting and looking around, the employees made sure I was taken care of and asked if I was picking up or waiting long. I ordered an original egg waffle with powdered sugar and a large mini pearl mango smoothie. My order came out promptly and the egg waffle was so warm and rich with flavor! Not too sweet but everything paired so well! The tables and counters were very clean and I could tell this Gong Cha is very well taken care of compared to other Gong Cha’s. Even when the customers died down, I could see how hard the employees were working to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such a beautiful gong cha inside and out with beautiful music and a wonderful atmosphere! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very nicely decorated! Beautiful! I ordered their Peach Teaffogato, which is like a peach slushy with black tea according to the staff there. It wasn’t bad at all. We also added a peach jelly as topping in our drink. If you check in, you should receive 1 free topping to claim in the store. I also ordered their original egg waffle. This is the first Gong Cha place I saw that has egg waffle. One of the reason that draws me here because Gong Cha that I’ve been to in Philly doesn’t have egg waffle! And surprisingly, it was not too bad. I like the crispy texture but in my opinion, the taste is missing some egg flavor though. Overall, I would go back for more.
